Return & Refund Policy
At KIVRA, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products being personal care items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
30-Day Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges & Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Policy
Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the KIVRA Scalp Massager if the original packaging seal has been broken or if the product shows any signs of use. Scalp therapy tools are considered personal care goods and are exempt from standard returns once used.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at kivrashop03@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return shipping instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
